When you have back pain, your movement is limited. You can’t move that often, no matter how much you want to. Exercise helps relax and ready your muscles for the whole day. For me, I use my inversion table for my backache. I always wake up with it, and I use the table for at least a minute or two, if I can, and proceed with my day. It really helps relieve my backache for the day, which I am very thankful for.
